Permanent Opportunity - Cleaning Supervisor (Site Based) - Leeds - £13.71 per hour

Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor looking for a stable, site-based role where you can lead your own team and make a real impact? Do you enjoy maintaining high standards, supporting your team, and delivering an excellent cleaning service?

We are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operation at a single site in the LS9 area of Leeds.

Your Role

  • Supervising the day-to-day cleaning operation across the site
  • Leading, motivating and supporting a team of 4 cleaners
  • Ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest cleaning standards
  • Carrying out regular quality inspections and audits
  • Managing rotas, holidays and staff cover
  • Training new starters and supporting ongoing development
  • Maintaining stock levels and ordering cleaning consumables when required
  • Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Building positive relationships with the client and responding to any operational requirements

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

About You

  • Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • High standards and excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to managing a cleaning operation
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and cleaning best practices
