Thorn Baker FM are looking for an experienced senior supervisor to join our clients team based in Leeds, LS9. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate. Please read on and apply if this sounds like the job for you!

7am β 5pm / 6am -4pm
Weekends and nights will be involved

Β£14.87 per hour
Job requirements:
β’ To deliver on site cleaning and waste operative duties ensuring schedules and rotas allow for all areas to be serviced on time to standards and specification
β’ To develop and maintain the relationship with the customer to ensure their expectations are met whilst working within defined specifications.
β’ To support Site Manager with the complete audits accurately and on time, carrying out any resolution actions identified within time-scales.
β’ To ensure all cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order and used in a safe manner.
β’ To ensure all periodical cleans are completed to the required specification and time-scale and signed off by the customer.
β’ To complete Decontamination Cleans as and when requested by the Client
β’ To complete Return to work interviews with team members.
β’ To manage first stage HR and Employee relations issues in accordance with the company HR Policies and in consultation with an appropriate HR representative recognising and valuing diversity in all cases
β’ To train and induct all staff in their role, the standards expected, values and company policies, procedures and guidelines
β’ To have responsibility for the Health, Safety and Welfare of self and others and to comply at all times with the requirements of Health and Safety Regulations.
Ideal Candidate
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Previous experience of managing a team
β’ Sound knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH legislation
β’ Flexible with working hours when required
