Are you an experienced cleaning supervisor who is looking for a new challenge? Thorn Baker FM have an exciting opportunity, we are looking for a cleaning supervisor based in Northallerton, DL6 postcode area. You will be a working with a well known national cleaning company based at a well known retail store in Guildford. As a cleaning Supervisor you will be overseeing a small team of cleaners, participating in cleaning tasks and ensuring that the client specification / cleaning standards are met. Our client is a great cleaning company to work for and this is an opportunity you wouldn\’t want to miss out on. We have had successful candidates transfer over permanent or even been promoted to a higher role with this client. Training and support will be provided to you. What\’s in it for you? 6 days a week, Saturday off. Mix of 7am till 9:30am and 7am till 10am £14 per hour, weekly pay Immediate start available Temp to perm opportunity at 10 weeks Your Role Participate and support in all cleaning tasks within the retail store Supervising a small team of cleaners – around 10 cleaners Completing supervisor tasks – Cleaning rota, Daily checks, training, stock checks Supporting and liaising with the manager Dealing with holiday and sickness – being a point of a contact for cleaners and supporting where required About you Experience as a cleaning supervisor is essential Experience within the cleaning industry Ability to liaise and work professionally with clients and staff Ideal to live locally Team player, reliable and great communication skills If this is the position for you and you\’d love to discuss the role in further details then look no further and apply now.
