About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Timber Frame Designer with experience in HSBCad or Revit to join a dynamic team in a fast-growing timber frame manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in transforming architectural concepts into accurate, build-ready timber frame models and production drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed 3D models and technical drawings using HSBCad or Revit
- Create manufacturing files, panel drawings, and CNC outputs for production
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and the production team to resolve design challenges
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations, structural requirements, and company standards
- Review and update project documentation throughout the design and manufacturing process
- Support continuous improvement of design workflows and manufacturing efficiency
About You
- Proficient in HSBCad or Autodesk Revit (HSBCad preferred but not essential)
- Experience in timber frame, offsite construction, or structural design
- Strong understanding of construction principles and timber framing systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication and organisational abilities
