Freelance Site Manager - Moreton in Marsh 27-Week Contract |10th August start date An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Moreton in Marsh This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised Site Manager who has previous experience delivering a high end residential build and understands the importance of maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key
Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day running of a live refurbishment project.
Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Maintaining excellent health Strong planning and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with subcontractors.
