This role offers a unique opportunity to earn commission from day one and provides clear progression to a Sales Manager position within 12 months. Job Duties Engage with prospective customers to understand their housing requirements and guide them through the purchasing process of new build homes. Provide detailed information on property specifications, pricing, and availability, ensuring customers receive accurate and clear communication. Conduct property viewings and site tours, highlighting key features and benefits of the developments. Manage sales enquiries efficiently, maintaining records of customer interactions and sales progression using company systems. Negotiate terms and agreements with customers in line with company policies to secure sales and achieve targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events related to the housing developments. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and changes in the new build housing sector to advise customers effectively. Work towards personal and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales department. Required Qualifications Valid full UK driving licence. Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills Proven experience in new build housing sales or a closely related property sales role. Strong understanding of the new build housing market and construction industry terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Confident negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management systems. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the resilience to work in a target-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in new build housing sales either with housing developers or estate agency. Knowledge of local housing market conditions in Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire. Working Conditions The role is based at the sales office in either Northamptonshire or Bedfordshire. Full-time hours are expected.
