We are a leading timber frame manufacturer, delivering sustainable, high-quality solutions for housing and commercial projects. With efficiency and precision at our core, we are growing and now seeking a skilled Production Planner to join our team.
The Role
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating factory schedules, ensuring projects run smoothly from design through to site delivery. Acting as the link between teams, you'll keep production on track, materials in place, and targets met.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage production schedules to meet deadlines
- Coordinate material requirements with procurement
- Monitor output and adjust plans to maintain efficiency
- Liaise with design, manufacturing, and site teams
- Report on progress and resolve production bottlenecks
- Support continuous improvement across planning and production
Skills & Experience
- Experience in production planning/scheduling (timber frame, offsite, or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with cross-team coordination experience
- Proficient in planning software (MS Project, ERP/MRP) and Microsoft Office
