You will support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site, manage subcontractors and trades, monitor build quality and progress, and ensure health and safety standards are maintained. Applicants should have previous Assistant Site Manager experience on new-build housing projects and hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
