This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing individual projects. You will oversee 3–4 live housing sites across the Midlands while playing a key role in heading up and developing the wider construction division. For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to progress into a Head of Construction position within 18 months, with a longer-term pathway towards Construction Director. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple live developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. You will also have the opportunity to take a more strategic role within the business, working closely with senior management and helping shape the future of the construction division.
