We are a leading fit out contractor recognised for delivering high‑quality interior projects across the commercial, retail, and workplace sectors. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, we are now looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to our team. The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee the commercial and financial management of fit out projects from tender stage through to final account. Duties include:
- Managing the full commercial lifecycle of fit out projects
- Preparing accurate cost plans, BOQs, valuations, and CVRs
- Leading procurement and subcontractor management
- Ensuring robust cost control and maximising profitability
- Assessing variations, claims, and negotiating final accounts
- Working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintaining strong client relationships and representing the business professionally
About You
We are looking for someone who brings both technical competence and a practical understanding of the fast‑paced fit out environment. You should have:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit out industry (office, retail, commercial, CAT A/CAT B ideal)
- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (JCT preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
