Thorn Baker FM are looking for an experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join our client's team based in Marlborough. This position is based at a well-known retail store where there is a small team of cleaners on site. You will be provided with all the training, cleaning equipment, support, and opportunities to grow.
Key details:
- Monday - Sunday (Wednesday off)
- Cleaner Supervisory experience is essential
- £13 per hour, weekly pay
- Temp to Perm opportunity at 10 weeks
Job requirements:
- Supervise a small team of cleaners, ensuring they complete their cleaning duties to a high standard and support in any areas that require improvement
- Complete training, inductions, and audits on new/current staff
- Liaise with the client on site - strong communication, team player, and ensuring all needs are met to a high standard
- Complete paperwork such as audits, return to works, training models, rotas, health and safety, day-to-day paperwork
- Get involved with cleaning duties if and when required
- Support the team if/when any sickness or holiday occurs
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as a cleaner supervisor
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH legislation
- Flexible with working hours when required
