We are currently seeking experienced Groundworkers for a long-term civils project in Cannich. This is a stable 30‑month contract offering consistent work for reliable and productive operatives working in a remote Highland location.

Key Responsibilities

  • All aspects of groundworks and civils operations
  • Installation of foul and surface water drainage systems
  • Pipe laying and ducting works
  • Excavation and backfilling
  • Manhole and chamber installation
  • Working with trench boxes and safe excavation systems
  • Reading drawings and working to levels and line
  • Supporting site management and other trades

Requirements

  • Proven experience in groundworks / civils
  • Competent in drainage and general groundwork duties
  • Valid CSCS card (CPCS/NPORS beneficial)
  • Ability to work safely in excavation environments
  • Reliable, hard‑working and productive
  • Commitment to long‑term work (30‑month project)
