Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (with weekend work on a rota when required)

Project Overview: This project involves the demolition of an existing office building and the construction of a new 6-storey development comprising 207 student accommodation units, scheduled to open in September 2027.

The Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to take full ownership of the internal works package. This includes bathroom pods, drylining, MEP, decorating, floor finishes, firestopping, and FF.
