The Role

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for leading construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from pre-construction through to final handover.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular progress updates.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery.

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, programming, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

  • PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Construction-related qualification (HNC, HND, Degree, or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering commercial, industrial, retail, or fit-out projects.
