The Contracts Manager has overall responsibility for the co-ordination, management, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed profitably, safely, on time, and to an acceptable standard while maintaining and promoting strong client relationships. They will ensure the most effective and efficient utilization of people and resources required for the duration of the project. The Contracts Manager will be assigned to multiple live projects but will also be involved in the pre-construction stages of projects and post-construction issues that may arise after Practical Completion.
