We are seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Operator to join our skilled manufacturing team, producing high-end bespoke joinery for prestigious residential projects.

Operating from modern workshop facilities, you will play a key role in the manufacture of premium bespoke joinery products, working with high-quality materials and advanced woodworking machinery.

The Role

You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC woodworking machinery to produce accurate joinery components to specification and production schedules. Duties will include:

  • Operating CNC woodworking machines safely and efficiently
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and cutting lists
  • Machining bespoke joinery components to precise standards
  • Assisting with machine setup, tooling, and programming adjustments
  • Carrying out quality checks on completed components
  • Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating CNC woodworking machinery
  • Experience within joinery, woodworking, or cabinet making environments
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • High attention to detail and quality workmanship
