- This is dealing with snagging works on a housing site ready for the hand over of properties.
- Patching works for plaster and bricks.
- Cutting out work.
- Painting work.
- Small bits for finishing joinery works from ironmongery to skirting etc.
- General site cleaning and tidying.

- A good eye for attention to detail.
- Two commercial relevant references.
- Can do attitude with a strong work ethic.
