Are you an experienced Bid Manager with a passion for winning new business and service provisions? We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join an established commercial team, playing an integral role in the tendering process through both leadership and contribution of tender submissions and client presentations.
Thorn Baker has teamed up with a market-leading offsite construction company based in Coventry, who are known to be the only business in the UK taking an innovative approach to delivering, manufacturing, engineering, and installing their own building system. This forward-thinking employer is driven by their core values and is now looking for a Bid Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:
- To produce compelling bids that are well researched, technically accurate.
- Read and interpret tender documents whilst fully understanding the requirements.
- Complete a tender checklist whilst leading a project circulating it to the project and leadership team.
- To work closely with the commercial team providing a regular presence in the Coventry Office.
- Creating and maintaining relationships at all levels.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related bid management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful bid strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
