Due to expansion, we have a unique opportunity at Thor for a Senior Manager (Associate Director) to help secure Thor's footprint in the US AI Infrastructure market. The role has become available due to the huge success of the team and the need to now expand into other verticals across HPC and ML, AI landscape. Thor is on course to become the number one choice for Mission Critical Talent Solutions. This role will be based at our London HQ with regular visits to the USA.

- Proven leadership in agency side recruitment, with a strong track record in building and scaling teams.
- Deep knowledge of Advanced Technology markets specifically AI/ML.
- High performing billing history with an appetite to continue billing in a hybrid model.
- Exceptional business development skills and a strong existing network of contacts.
- Growth/entrepreneurial mindset – ambitious, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
