We have a unique opportunity at Thor for a Recruitment Sales Lead to inherit and further grow our top performing Mission Critical Permanent Data Centres EU team. The role has become available due to the huge success of the current team (made up of Consultants, Seniors & Principals) and the need to now create further succession to enable our next phase of growth. A critical hire at a very exciting juncture in our evolution and we will therefore hire on a combination of attitude, experience and values. Thor is on a Mission to become the number one choice for Mission Critical Talent Solutions, globally. This role will be based at our London HQ, with regular visits to Scandinavia, Mainland Europe & USA to meet global clients.

Our Requirements:

  • Proven leadership in agency side recruitment, with a strong track record in building and scaling teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Engineering/Construction/Energy/Tech markets.
  • High performing billing history with an appetite to continue billing in a hybrid Billing Manager role.
  • Exceptional business development skills and a strong existing network of contacts.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving divisional growth.
  • Growth/entrepreneurial mindset – ambitious, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
