Reporting to: Account Director
The Account Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of recruitment services across assigned client RPO accounts. This role oversees recruiter performance, ensures SLA adherence, manages client relationships, drives process improvement, and is accountable for overall delivery quality and financial performance of the accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Lead regular client meetings to review performance, present KPI reporting, and provide market insights and workforce planning advice. Manage client expectations around hiring timelines, candidate pipelines, and market conditions while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Delivery Management: Manage, coach, and develop employees supporting the accounts, conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews. Ensure high standards of candidate quality, stakeholder management, accountability, and effective workload distribution across the team.
- Commercial & Strategic Management: Support the commercial success of the account through capacity planning, hiring forecasts, revenue and margin monitoring, and contributing to contract renewals and account growth opportunities.
Strong data literacy, comfortable presenting to Senior Executives, good attitude, resilience, networking skills, candidate control skills, and leadership skills are essential. Strong client leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and confidently manage expectations across multiple accounts are required. You demonstrate resilience, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with the ability to oversee recruitment delivery, manage competing priorities, and drive performance against KPIs and SLAs.
