The Opportunity

We have an opportunity at Thor for a Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing Critical Projects Contract team. The role has become available due to the landing of some large accounts & the huge success of the current team (made up of Consultants, Seniors & Principals). The need to now create further succession to enable our next phase of growth & keep up with demand is imperative. A critical hire at a very exciting juncture in our evolution and we will therefore hire on a combination of attitude, experience and values. Thor is on a Mission to become the number one choice for Mission Critical Talent Solutions, globally. This role will be based at our London HQ in London, with regular visits to Scandinavia, Mainland Europe & USA to meet global clients.

Our Requirements

  • High Performance mindset, drive and ambition.
  • Basic knowledge of Contract Recruitment.
  • Engineering/Construction/Energy Transition markets is preferable but not imperative. Contract Billers from other sectors will be considered.
  • Good business development skills.
  • A basic grasp of commercial acumen related to Contract solutions.
  • Growth/entrepreneurial mindset – ambitious, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
