Account Manager (Enterprise Accounts) – Colocation & Infrastructure Our client, a leading provider of premium data center solutions, is seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to join their growing team. If you are a professional who prides yourself on exceptional service and long-term relationship building, rather than aggressive cold-calling, this is the perfect environment for you. This position is focused entirely on account management and retention . You will be the primary point of contact for enterprise customers (tier-1 companies utilizing data center space), ensuring their technical and operational needs are met. Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of existing enterprise clients. Identify opportunities for organic upselling and cross-selling within your assigned accounts. No Cold BD: This is a "farming" role; A background in account management or high-level customer service is essential. Location: This is a hybrid role . The preference is for the successful candidate to be in the London Head Office 2–3 days per week . Previous experience in Colocation Data Centers or the broader tech infrastructure sector. Sales Background: While no cold BD is required, a background in bringing on new business is a bonus for identifying expansion opportunities. Service Excellence: Any background in high-touch customer service environments.
