Due to expansion, we have a unique opportunity at Thor for an additional Business Manager to help further scale our top performing Mission Critical Permanent team. The role has become available due to the huge success of the current team and the need to now expand into other regions across EMEA. Thor is on course to become the number one choice for Mission Critical Talent Solutions. This role will be based at our London HQ, with regular visits to Scandinavia, Mainland Europe and the USA to meet global clients.

Our Requirements

  • Proven leadership in agency side recruitment, with a strong track record in building and scaling teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Engineering/Construction/Energy/Tech markets
  • High performing billing history with an appetite to continue billing in a hybrid Billing model
  • Exceptional business development skills and a strong existing network of contacts
  • Growth/entrepreneurial mindset – ambitious, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Competitive base salary and a clearly defined commission/bonus scheme/LTIPs. 1:30hrs lunch break if you wish to gym/exercise. Modern and sociable, Scandinavian themed office environment. International Travel – Scandinavian, Mainland Europe & US Business Trips. Professional development from the SLT and L&D function. Global Achievers & Bi-Annual Super Trips – Valhalla (Summer), Mykonos/Barcelona/Dubrovnik/Cannes. Skiing (Winter) – Verbier, St Anton & Val.
