🚀 We're Hiring: Senior/Principal Recruiter – SAP EU Desk
📍 Location: London (Hybrid working)
💼 Full-Time | Permanent
💰 Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Thor Companies is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced and ambitious 360 Recruiter to help us grow our SAP presence across the European market.
With a strong foundation in placing top talent across the Life Sciences, Engineering and Technology sectors, we’re now accelerating our Tech division and we need a commercially-minded 360 Recruiter to spearhead client acquisition and relationship development across the EU.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify, approach and win new business across the European SAP sector (key markets include DACH, Nordics, and Benelux)
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and procurement teams
- Pitch and tailor recruitment solutions across contract, permanent and project-based hiring
- Represent Thor Companies at client meetings, industry events and networking functions
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in a BD or 360 recruitment role, ideally within Technical sectors
- Strong knowledge of the European (EU) market and its hiring landscape
- Confident communicator with the ability to open doors and build trust quickly
- Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach
- Experience working in a KPI-led environment with a passion for winning
