Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant academic or technical background in HSE or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' HSE experience in renewables, construction, or a related sector.
- NEBOSH Level 3 or equivalent HSE qualification.
- Solid understanding of UK HSE regulations, including CDM 2015.
- Experience working with contractors and third-party stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; written and verbal.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office), with knowledge of Synergi or similar systems.
- Clean UK driving license.
- Valid site safety passport (CCNSG or CSCS).
Desirable:
- NEBOSH or IEMA Environmental Management qualifications.
- Qualified or certified internal/external auditor.
- Experience delivering HSE training.
- QHSE BSc, Diploma, or equivalent (Level 6).
