About the Role
Actively headhunting candidates across Scandinavia & DACH regions for clients in the Technology sector (Cloud/SAP/Dynamics). You’ll lead your own desk, building relationships with new and existing clients. Managing the entire recruitment process. Negotiating with senior level stakeholders. Travelling to win business and conduct business trips with clients and candidates in your portfolio. Getting involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector. Developing and helping to establish new markets, offices, and industries for the business. Developing through one-on-one mentoring. Coming up with new initiatives that could benefit the business.
