Actively headhunting candidates across Scandinavia for clients in the Infrastructure, Technology, Life Sciences and Energy sector. Managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process Negotiating and building relationships with senior level stakeholders Getting involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector Developing and helping to establish new markets, offices, and industries for the business Developing through one-on-one mentoring with Directors Developing through bespoke external training programmes with senior level executives Coming up with new initiatives that could benefit the business Booking client meetings and getting the chance to visit Scandinavia (We have offices in Denmark and Sweden) What we Offer: We offer a NO THRESHOLD comms scheme.
