Responsible for increasing revenue, retention, usage, and customer preference for CoCounsel, Westlaw and Practical Law through targeted training and trial support. Maintains relationships with existing named accounts and provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training focused on CoCounsel and OLI products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual ROI sessions with each CoCounsel trial participant
- Drive trial usage at the individual user level for CoCounsel
- Host small group sessions to demonstrate CoCounsel's value and features
- Gather user testimonials specific to CoCounsel
- Compile trial success reporting during and at the conclusion of each CoCounsel trial
- Effectively partner with sales and solutions consultants on net new sales opportunities
Primary product focus: CoCounsel Legal, inclusive of Practical Law and Westlaw
About You
You're a fit for the role of Trial Specialist if you:
- Experience of working with Legal AI is an advantage.
- A legal work background, either as a lawyer or in a legal operations, legal project manager or similar role is preferred.
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills, especially via telephone/virtual calls.
- Be a dynamic presenter and quick thinker, experienced in presenting with the personal gravitas to instil confidence in Thomson Reuters and our products.
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
- Maintain a customer‑centric focus.
- Have well‑developed negotiation skills.
- Resourceful and highly organized self‑starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and operate successfully in a complex, dynamic, fast‑paced, highly collaborative, and continuously evolving environment.
- Can work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
