Reuters Events is seeking a commercially minded and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across a portfolio of global conferences and content products. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Lead, this role will be responsible for driving audience growth, lead generation, delegate acquisition, and engagement among senior executive communities.

About The Role

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for Reuters Events conferences, digital content, and related products.
  • Drive delegate acquisition, audience growth, and lead generation through targeted go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify and implement innovative ways to reach senior executive audiences across key industry sectors.
  • Build and manage channel, media, and marketing partnerships to support event promotion and customer acquisition.
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, web, content, paid media, partnerships, and social channels.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce.
  • Track key marketing KPIs and provide regular reporting and insight to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, content, and event operations to ensure campaign alignment and commercial success.
  • Support database growth, audience segmentation, and targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure strong brand positioning and consistent messaging across all marketing activity.

About You

  • Proven ability to develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns and strategies, ideally within events, media, or professional services.
  • Strong background in campaign planning, demand generation, and audience development.
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Ability to use data and reporting to evaluate campaign performance and drive optimisation.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Salesforce and email marketing systems.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience marketing to senior executive or C‑level audiences.
  • Experience working with external partners, media partners, or agencies.
  • Understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies in a B2B environment.
