We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our dynamic Reuters Events team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Lead, you’ll manage a team of specialists while driving our marketing automation strategy across our global portfolio of executive conferences.

Reuters Events brings together Reuters globally trusted brand, scale and editorial excellence to create content-led conferences for professionals in a variety of specialized industries (such as energy, pharmaceutical, automotive, insurance, finance, legal and many more!) to complement our extensive, in-depth content. Reuters Events exists to deliver strategic business intelligence and foster the relationships that safeguard success at leading organisations worldwide.

About the Role

As a Marketing Automation Manager at Thomson Reuters, you will:

  • Design, deploy and optimize marketing automation and operations workflows to enhance CX, increase engagement and generate leads
  • Deliver compelling marketing programs that engage customers, and use marketing technology skills to apply innovative digital solutions and analytics
  • Collaborate across the organization with digital strategists, analysts, and marketers
  • Work with 3rd party vendors & platforms
  • Lead and develop a team of marketing operations specialists
  • Drive marketing automation excellence using Oracle Eloqua
  • Oversee audience segmentation, landing page development, and email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with event marketing teams to optimize campaign performance
  • Champion innovation in our marketing technology processes
  • Implement and maintain best practices in campaign execution

About You

To be our Marketing Automation Manager, you will likely have:

  • 5+ years of marketing automation experience
  • Strong team leadership abilities with a focus on developing talent
  • Experience in managing complex marketing campaigns
  • Track record of driving process improvements and innovation
  • Comfortable with A=B testing, the required data analysis and producing recommendations

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Oracle Eloqua certifications
  • Marketing Operations certifications
  • B2B events marketing experience
  • Experience in leading and developing junior team members
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS
