Implementation Consultant is a dynamic role that involves a broad range of responsibilities. The primary responsibility is to act as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform. In this position, you will work both independently and collaboratively, as you will often manage several projects in parallel.
In this opportunity as an Implementation Consultant, you will:
- Bring 5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions.
- Deliver end-user and super-user training, and make decisions related to configuration and troubleshooting.
- Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional implementation projects and partner-led projects.
- Contribute to project planning and timeline management.
- Resolve customer support issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, as well as partner organizations.
- Support pre-sales activities, such as software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients.
- Customize and configure applications according to agreed specifications.
- Design, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed timelines and budgets.
- Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing.
