Thomson Reuters, through its Pagero business, is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead a global delivery portfolio within our fast‑growing e‑invoicing and compliance network. This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering complex, multi‑country programmes for enterprise clients while scaling a high‑performing global delivery organisation. You will own one of our core project portfolios, leading managers and project teams, and partnering closely with Product, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery. If you bring strong commercial judgement, global programme leadership experience, and a focus on building effective teams in evolving environments, this is a high‑impact opportunity.

About The Role

  • Own a portfolio of global client programmes, ensuring delivery across multi‑country implementations
  • Lead and develop a team of managers and project professionals (~40 employees)
  • Set portfolio priorities, governance, and delivery standards aligned to business objectives
  • Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, utilisation, and margin
  • Act as escalation point for complex programmes, ensuring risks and dependencies are managed
  • Partner cross‑functionally to align services with product, regulatory, and client requirements
  • Engage senior client stakeholders to support delivery outcomes and long‑term relationships
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery execution and operating model

About You

  • Extensive experience leading global professional services or project portfolio delivery in a SaaS, software, or consulting environment
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑country programmes with senior stakeholder exposure
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with ownership of performance metrics
  • Experience leading managers and scaling delivery teams in a matrix organisation
  • Understanding of enterprise software delivery, ideally within e‑invoicing, tax, P2P/O2C, or compliance‑driven environments
  • Confident communicator (in English), able to operate effectively across functions and at senior levels

Preferred

  • Experience with global compliance or digital transaction platforms
  • Background in finance transformation or document automation
  • Additional European languages (e.g. Spanish or French)
