We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to help shape how Thomson Reuters shows up across Europe. This role is both deeply hands‑on and strategically connected, combining day‑to‑day execution across organic and paid social with meaningful involvement in how digital, content, and campaign activity aligns across markets. You will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with campaign owners and regional teams to ensure our activities land with consistency, quality, and impact. About The Role
- Organic Social
- Own day‑to‑day execution of organic social activities across European markets, primarily LinkedIn.
- Plan, manage, and maintain content calendars aligned with campaign priorities.
- Write, edit, and optimize copy for social posts in line with brand and tonality guidelines.
- Coordinate social content production with internal stakeholders.
- Track organic social performance and contribute to regular reporting and engagement insights.
- Paid Social
- Support planning, setup, and activation of paid social campaigns.
- Build campaigns and coordinate copy and assets with campaign owners.
- Monitor performance, analyse results, and continuously optimise campaigns to improve engagement and efficiency.
- Actively support A/B testing and audience experimentation.
- Contribute to performance reporting and documentation.
- Operations & Collaboration
- Oversee intake requests and ensure end‑to‑end execution of social initiatives.
- Coordinate social and campaign activities with the global social media team to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and asset delivery for assigned activities.
- Maintain documentation, naming conventions, templates, and process standards.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency.
Qualifications
- 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong experience with organic social and content execution.
- Working knowledge of paid social platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Experience managing content calendars and working with multi‑market stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using AI‑enabled tools to support everyday marketing tasks such as content drafting, optimisation, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
- Experience working with analytics and performance data to inform optimisation and reporting.
- Beneficial experience: working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud; experience with filming and photography for digital content; SEO exposure or interest (for example, on‑page optimisation and content updates).
