TRIP are currently recruiting an experienced Furniture Sales Consultant for a luxury interiors retailer for their store in East Anglia. The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of regeneration and refurbishment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- You will be the face of this 40+ year old luxury interiors brand.
- Greeting customers, creating rapport, understanding their needs and creating an unrivalled end-to-end experience, from ordering to delivery and beyond.
- You will be part of a dynamic team that is hungry for delivering on this customer experience.
- With industry-leading training, you will soon become an expert in all things interiors, world class service and will understand how to overdeliver on customer expectations.
Skills, knowledge and experience
- Must have experience in furniture sales or Management.
- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport.
- Be confident and highly motivated.
- Be someone who aims to be a consistent high achiever; preferably with a track record from previous employment.

Due to the demographic of the customer our client does not pay commission as the customer has to come first every time so expect a basic salary in line with most OTEs in commission based retail. Basic salary c£28-£34k + additional benefits and discounts and commission on warranties (c£2-£3k per annum in addition). We are looking for a permanent, full time experienced furniture salesperson. This role will include weekend work.
