The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth with three new stores planned for the next two years.
Roles and Responsibilities
- You will be the face of this 100+ year old brand.
- Greeting customers, creating rapport, understanding their needs and creating an unrivalled end-to-end experience, from ordering to delivery and beyond.
- You will be part of a dynamic team that is hungry for delivering on this customer experience.
- With industry-leading training, you will soon become an expert in all things interiors, world class service and will understand how to overdeliver on customer expectations.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Must have experience in a face-to-face sales/retail environment (direct experience not required).
- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport.
- Be confident and highly motivated.
- Be someone who aims to be a consistent high achiever; preferably with a track record from previous employment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic salary £25k + individual commission + bonuses, uncapped (average) OTE around £35,000 (top 3 salespeople in the business earning in excess of £40,000).
