Senior Associate- Dispute Resolution Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation/ Dispute Resolution Lawyer at Senior Associate level to join a Legal 500 ranked law firm.
This role is based in Glasgow with hybrid-working on offer.
Role
Profile: Working as part of a high successful dispute resolution team and advising and managing a diverse caseload including: Commercial contract disputes, Real estate disputes, Landlord and tenant cases; Professional negligence claims.
Additionally, the role will involve Sheriff court appearances, raising and defending alternative dispute resolution actions, including First Tier Tribunal and Arbitrations and providing training and support to our team of trainees and junior solicitors.
Candidate
Requirements: Proven background in commercial litigation/dispute resolution.
Ambitious and "client focused".
Ideally you will have experience of advocacy in the Sheriff Court and/or First Tier Tribunal.
Solid client communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
