A highly-regarded international law firm is looking to recruit a lawyer to be based in their Edinburgh offices specialising in securitisation, working as part of a wider UK team.
This is a unique Scottish-based opportunity to work with one of the highest ranking Banking Partners in the country and to work in the specialist areas of securitisation and structured finance.
Working as part of a wider Banking team, you will advise on a broad range of both public and private securitisation transactions and on the acquisition, financing and disposal of portfolios of assets in the whole loan market.
Candidate Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ PQE experience; however, candidates from all levels of PQE, with experience of securitisation are invited to apply.
- You should have experience working on complex securitisations and structured products transactions.
