Role
Profile: You will advise clients across a broad range of corporate matters including: Mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side transactions).
Private equity and venture capital investments.
Corporate restructurings and reorganisations.
Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.
Corporate governance and company law advisory work.
Management buy-outs and buy-ins.
Capital raising and investment transactions.
General commercial and strategic corporate advice.
Candidate
Requirements: Approximately 4+ years' PQE gained within a recognised corporate team.
Strong technical knowledge of corporate and company law.
Experience advising on M&A and corporate transactions.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
