Highly respected UK national firm is looking to hire a Commercial/Commercial Contracts Partner to join their new Scottish office and be part of their continued growth. This role can be based in Edinburgh and hybrid-working is also available.
Role Profile: This is an opportunity for an ambitious Commercial lawyer to join an innovative law firm with an impressive client list across the UK. You will play a vital role in the growth of the Scottish office as well as being part of a specialist UK Commercial team. This role would suit an experienced Commercial Partner but the firm is also interested in Legal Director/Senior Associate level lawyers who are looking for a lateral move to Partner level.
The work on offer will include:
- Commercial Contracts
- General Commercial Advice
- Technology Contracts
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong background in commercial law.
- At Partner level, some portable client base would be an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent client management skills.
- Ambition and desire to join a growing office.
