Banking & Finance Lawyer International law firm with a Tier 1 ranked Banking team are looking to hire an additional Banking lawyer to join their team in Edinburgh.

Role
Profile: You will carry out a broad range of finance work as part of an ambitious, motivated team.
Acting for lenders and borrowers, you will be responsible for all aspects of lending transactions.
The team act for a wide range of funders including banks, insurers and debt funds and also act for some of the largest and most successful corporates in Scotland.
In addition, you will have a fantastic opportunity to be involved in marketing and business development initiatives.
Candidate
Requirements: You will be a lawyer with circa 2-8 years PQE and ideally with a bankground in banking/ finance law.
Candidates qualified in Scotland and/or England & Wales are invited to apply.
You will have a broad knowledge of corporate banking law gained within private practice.
