Leading UK Regulator is looking to hire a Junior Lawyer to join their in-house legal team, with a focus on public law, regulatory law, and energy law. This role is immediately available.
- Advising on public and administrative law matters, including statutory interpretation and regulatory frameworks.
- Supporting regulatory compliance and risk assessments.
- Assisting with legal research, drafting, and review of legal documents, policies, and submissions.
- Working on matters related to energy regulation, infrastructure projects, and sector-specific legislation.
- Liaising with regulatory bodies, government authorities, and external counsel.
- Supporting dispute resolution and contentious regulatory matters when required.
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to the sector.
