Acting in litigation relating to wrongful trading, misfeasance, breach of fiduciary duty, and director disqualification. Pursuing and defending claims for preferences, gratuitous alienations, transactions at undervalue, and challenges to antecedent transactions. Acting for insolvency practitioners in asset recovery and enforcement actions. Advising creditors and directors on risk, strategy, and dispute resolution. Drafting pleadings, court documents, and legal opinions. Qualified solicitor in Scotland (or dual-qualified with relevant Scottish litigation experience).Strong background in litigation or dispute resolution- experience of insolvency litigation would be an advantage but not essential.
