In this role you will join the UK Oil & Gas Team in Aberdeen to support complex, high-value M&A, projects and supply chain work for leading energy clients.
You will contribute to advising on upstream and downstream matters, with exposure to international deals and the energy transition.

Responsibilities
- Handle complex M&A, projects and supply chain work for oil & gas clients, domestically and internationally
- Contribute to advisory and transactional matters across upstream, downstream, and broader energy sector
- Draft and negotiate oil, gas, LNG and LPG sale and purchase agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-value legal solutions
- Support business development activities and build client relationships
- Key requirements
- Circa 2+ years PQE in private practice or in-house
- Experience in transactional, projects and/or supply chain work in oil & gas
- Experience drafting and negotiating oil, gas, LNG and LPG SPAs
