Leading UK law firm has an interesting new role for a specialist Incentives Lawyer to join their team based in Edinburgh. The role will be working as part of a wider Employee Incentives Group, and the firm is interested in speaking with Employment Lawyers looking to specialise in this area or potentially corporate lawyers interested in making a change into a client-facing transactional role.
Role Profile:
The role will include advising on all aspects of the design, implementation, and operation of reward structures and equity incentive plans, as well as advising remuneration committees on management incentive issues. Your background does not need to be in employment/incentives; candidates with transactional corporate backgrounds are also invited to apply—full training and development will be provided.
