Leading international company is looking to hire a Commercial Paralegal to join their team based in Glasgow. This is a fast-paced role, where you will play a vital role supporting the in-house legal team.

Role Profile

• Drafting and reviewing documents: Preparing and editing legal documents including software licensing agreements, service contracts, and privacy policies.
• Legal research: Conducting in-depth research on technology law, intellectual property, and data privacy regulations to support the in-house legal team.
• Compliance and risk management: Assisting with compliance efforts related to data protection laws and other technology-specific regulations.
• Technology support: Helping with the implementation and use of legal technology platforms and AI-driven tools.

Candidate Requirements

• You will have previous experience working as a paralegal/ legal executive/contract manager.
• You will have a genuine interest in technology.
• Attention to detail—the ability to meticulously handle details in legal documents and data is critical.
