Role Profile:
You will advise clients across a broad range of corporate matters including:
- Mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side transactions).
- Private equity and venture capital investments.
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations.
- Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.
- Corporate governance and company law advisory work.
- Management buy-outs and buy-ins.
- Capital raising and investment transactions.
- General commercial and strategic corporate advice.
Candidate Requirements:
- 4+ years' PQE gained within a recognised corporate team.
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate and company law.
- Experience advising on M&A and corporate transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
