Our leading Investment Banking client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a team focused on delivering scalable solutions across business-critical systems and data platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll bridge business and technology, working closely with stakeholders and engineers to translate requirements and drive delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Partnering closely with development teams to support end-to-end delivery
  • Using SQL to analyse and validate large datasets across systems
  • Applying Python scripting to support data analysis, automation and solution design
  • Identifying gaps, risks and opportunities across the delivery lifecycle
  • Driving outcomes in a proactive, solutions-focused environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst within financial services
  • Solid understanding of systems, data flows and technical environments
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Exposure to Python scripting
  • Ability to confidently bridge business and technology teams
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on delivery

Desirable skills:

  • Experience working on data-driven or system migration projects
