Our leading Investment Banking client is looking for a Synthetics Lead Developer (VP level) to join a front office technology team supporting a global platform for synthetics and financing.
This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with Trading and product teams to build high-performance systems across pricing, risk and trade lifecycle.
- Working closely with front office stakeholders to gather and deliver on business requirements
- Building scalable microservices-based applications for equity derivatives platforms
- Driving architecture, system design and performance optimisation
- Contributing across pricing, risk capture and trade lifecycle management
- Ensuring code quality through testing, reviews and engineering best practices
Requirements:
- Strong Java development experience
