Our Client, a leading Energy and Commodities Trader is seeking an on-site Desktop Support Engineer to join their team and support initiatives globally. The role will bridge the gap between support and engineering for both hardware and software relating to EUC operations. With the team looking to "elevate" the level of tech, operating systems, SCCM and Active Directory in the area.
Lots of autonomy in a flat, collaborative environment with flexibility to work on your own projects and move across different teams in the future.
Essential experience:- 5+ years in a support desktop engineer role, ideally from commodities, the buy side, or mid-sized financial services firm
- Excellent knowledge of M365, Intune and Autopilot
- Very good experience with Powershell and VMWare environments
- Able to take initiative, communicate with users, and wear a few different hats
